Product Features:
  • Compact pneumatic link clamp with internal toggle mechanism, ideally suited for jigs, fixtures, and tooling applications
  • Clamping forces ranging from 0.27 kN to 1.70 kN
  • Available in cylinder bores: 25, 32, 40, 50, and 63 mm
  • Metric threaded body for stepless height adjustment and flush recessed mounting
  • Versatile mounting options via outer thread (compatible with DIN 70852 locknuts) or top flange through-holes
  • Double-acting operation with high holding-to-size ratio
  • Operating temperature range: −10 to +60 °C
Important Notes:
  • Operating medium: Clean, filtered, oil-free compressed air.
  • Customized modifications are available upon request!
  • High-temperature version available for up to 150 °C!
  • Direct replacement for Clamptek CPLCU, CPLCU-25-V, CLX series, and model 6015

Operating, Mounting & Maintenance Guidelines:

  • Kinematics & Mechanical Linkage: An internal precision toggle linkage converts the linear piston movement into a powerful clamping action of the lever arm, delivering high holding forces within a highly compact housing.
  • Mounting & Adjustment: The outer body thread allows stepless height adjustment and recessed flush mounting into fixture plates. Secure mounting is achieved using a locknut (e.g., DIN 70852) from top/bottom or four socket head cap screws directly through the top flange.
  • Maintenance & Air Quality: Unlike standard competitor models requiring oiled air lines, the PLF series operates 100% maintenance-free and cleanly using dry, filtered, unlubricated compressed air.
