HPF Hydraulic Swing Clamp
Hydraulic Swing Clamp - Double Acting:
- New generation swing clamp without axial movement (suitable for very confined spaces)
- Elimination of axial movement saves space compared to conventional swing cylinders
- Swiveling on one plane enables clamping of workpieces in small gaps or closely spaced ribs
- Cylinder housing material: SKD11 tool steel, nitrided or optionally black painted
- Clamp arm material: 45 tempered steel
- Clamping forces of 2.92 kN and 4.24 kN (2 piston sizes)
- Delivery complete with clamp arm
- High-performance seals resistant to chlorine-based cutting fluid and protect against dust and chips
- Max. operating pressure: 45 bar (kgf/cm²)
- Min. operating pressure: 20 bar (kgf/cm²)
- Operating temperature: -10 to +70°C
- Double acting

- For customized clamp arm, do not exceed 1.5 times the original length and weight
